Founded in August 2021, Saratoga Dry Aged Cuts was built from a simple beginning that turned into something much greater. What started as a hobby shared among a group of friends quickly grew into a passion for quality meat, craftsmanship, and the experience of bringing people together around great food. That passion eventually became a full-time commitment to serving the community of Ballston Lake and the surrounding Capital Region.
Today, Saratoga Dry Aged Cuts is proudly owned and operated by Aaron and Kenny, who continue to carry that same original mindset into everything they do: do it right, do it with pride, and never settle for anything less than the best.
At Saratoga Dry Aged Cuts, we believe in one simple standard—if it isn’t good enough for our own plate or dinner table, it isn’t good enough for yours.
That philosophy guides everything we make, from our house-made rubs and sauces to every cut of meat that comes through our shop. We take pride in delivering products that reflect true quality, consistency, and care in every detail.
We also believe a butcher shop should be more than just a place to buy meat. It should be a place you can trust, ask questions, and feel confident in what you’re bringing home. Whether you need help choosing the right cut, understanding how to prepare it, or perfecting your cooking method, we treat every customer like a neighbor.
Saratoga Dry Aged Cuts offers a wide selection of premium meats and prepared foods designed to meet both everyday needs and special occasions.
Our selection includes fresh beef, pork, and chicken, along with house-ground burgers and specialty cuts. We are also known for offering high-end selections such as Japanese and Australian Wagyu, bringing some of the finest meats in the world to our local community.
In addition to fresh cuts, we offer homemade subs, deli meats, and a variety of pre-cooked meals, sides, appetizers, and dinners. These items are prepared with the same commitment to quality and freshness that defines everything we do.
Some of our most well-known offerings include our signature “Wagyu” boneless pork chops, the exceptional freshness of our pre-cooked meals, and the consistently high quality found across our entire product line.
We work with a diverse network of trusted suppliers, ranging from local farms to national partners and international sources for specialty cuts. This allows us to maintain a strong balance between supporting local agriculture and providing access to unique, premium products that set us apart.
No matter where it comes from, every product is held to the same high standard before it ever reaches our counter.
We are proud to serve families and individuals who care about quality and are looking for something better than what they can find in a traditional grocery store. Our customers value freshness, flavor, and consistency, and trust us to deliver products that elevate both everyday meals and special occasions.
At Saratoga Dry Aged Cuts, we are driven by passion, pride, and a commitment to being the best. We believe in doing things the right way, even when it’s harder, because our customers deserve nothing less.
We’re not just here to sell meat—we’re here to help you enjoy it, understand it, and experience it at its highest level.
Hosted annually by Saratoga Dry Aged Cuts on the first Saturday of the month, Cooking for the Kids is a community fundraiser that brings together local families, businesses, and community members to support Toys for Tots and Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region. Now in its third year, the event has become a cherished holiday tradition, raising more than $10,000 during its most recent fundraiser to help children and families in need.
The family-friendly evening features smoked barbecue, homemade sides, raffle prizes, a 50/50 drawing, and a special visit from Santa. Through the generosity of sponsors, donors, volunteers, and attendees, Cooking for the Kids continues to make a meaningful impact throughout the Capital Region each holiday season.
Community involvement is a key part of the event's success. Individuals and businesses interested in supporting Cooking for the Kids can contribute through monetary donations, sponsorships, raffle prize donations, or volunteer efforts. Those interested in getting involved are encouraged to contact Saratoga Dry Aged Cuts to learn more about partnership and sponsorship opportunities. Every contribution helps provide additional support to local children and families during the holiday season.
