The marbling and trim were perfect, and you can tell they really care about what they’re offering. It’s awesome having a locally owned butcher shop like this in the Saratoga area. If you’re looking for true steakhouse-level cuts to cook at home, this is the place. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back.”

“This place is ABSOLUTELY next level!!!!!!! I bought a charcoal off set smoker for keto. I have been doing it for 4 months. This place has definitely helped me stay on diet(if you can call it a diet with such great food). I've been here a lot since then and I am blown away everytime I come. Their Meat is always incredible. BUT their dry age meats are insane! I've bought the Japanese A5 Wagu before but they did a 45 dry aged Wagu and it will blow you mind..... So good.
